This Friday, September 21, marks the 18th annual World Alzheimer's Day. Sponsored by Alzheimer's Disease International, this year's theme is "Dementia: Living Together," focused on reducing the stigma associated with dementia and creating a more inclusive society in which people with dementia and their families can live without fear of discrimination.
